Delivery Information

Software purchases will be deliverd digitally unless a CD-ROM is ordered. Time Clocks usually ship with a CD-ROM as standard. 

For parcels we currently use TNT, Royal Mail or Hermes for most UK or overseas deliveries.

Next or 1 to 2 day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before 12 midday cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
  • Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from our warehouse
  • Only available on items shipping directly from our warehouse

Non stock items please allow 28 days for delivery.
Special order items may take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.
